Crux sacra non sit mihi...
The Catholic prayer "Crux sacra sit mihi lux! Non draco sit mihi dux!" means "May the holy cross be my light! May the dragon never be my overlord!"

Here, Boullan adds a couple words to say the opposite. In other words, "May the holy cross never be my light! May the dragon by my overlord."

Veni is to come, so "Come, Satan, come!"
